Athens, Ga.

Gentlemen:

Mr. Ab Webb says that he is falling behind with you $200 this season and proposes to make deed to his farm in Elbert to get this matter carried over form (sic) him. If you all want to carry this matter take deed to his place (and) I will endorse the note. I don’t know how secure you are now for the $200 that he owes you and you can do as you think best.
