Assistance is needed to help identify and verify information pertaining to the covered bridges pictured below.  Information on the old Hurricane Shoals Covered Bridge is fairly well-documented; however, the other three bridges were photographed in 1962 and only limited information exists.  If you can help, please email the webmaster at todd@victorianmaysville.com.

Chandler Covered Bridge

This bridge is believed to have been located on Grove Creek near Maysville, Banks County, Georgia and photographed in 1962.  What road led to this bridge?

Perkins Covered Bridge?

This bridge is believed to have been the Perkins Covered Bridge located near Maysville or Homer in Banks County GA.  What road led to this bridge?

Lula area covered bridge?

This bridge is believed to have been located on Grove Creek near Lula, Banks County, Georgia and photographed in 1962.  What road led to this bridge?  What was the name of this bridge?  It was a 35-foot King Truss bridge.

Hurricane Shoals Covered Bridge

This 127-foot Town Lattice Truss bridge was built in 1870 and destroyed by fire by vandals in 1972 at Hurricane Shoals near Maysville, Jackson Co GA.  The bridge was rebuilt in 1994.
