Clyde "Junior" Hardy: 50
Jerry Parr: 31
Incumbent Lynn Villyard ran for mayor

Ward 3:

Charlie Howington ran unopposed for the council position previously vacated by Rebecca McNeely.

Ward 4:

Scott Harper: 63
Ricky Akins disqualified for not being a registered voter
Incumbent Stephan "Shag" Lewis did not seek reelection.
