GEORGIA—Jackson County

Under and by virtue of an execution issued from the City Court of Jefferson, said state and county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in August, 1921, between the legal hours of sale before the court house, in Jefferson, Jackson County, Georgia, and for cash, the following described property:

All that tract or parcel of land, lying and being in said state and county, about one and one-half miles north of the town of Maysville, consisting of three acres, more or less, upon which is situated a cotton gin, engine and outfit, known as the J.T. White Gin, and bounded on the north by lands of J.O. Miller, and on the other boundaries by lands of J.T. White and Morgan White.

Also, another tract of land, in said state and county, and in the town of Maysville, and being the home place of J.T. White, wherein he now resides, bounded on the north by the street leading from the Southern Depot to the home of J.B. Rogers, on the west by Mrs. Frellie Hill, on the east by the Maysville-Commerce Road, and on the south by lands of J.W. Sheppard.

Said property levied on and to be sold as the property of said J.T. White, under said execution, issued in favor of Carter Grocery Company, and against J.T. White and Son, J.T. White and Morgan White, and to satisfy the same. This 30th day of June, 1921.
